The Pattaya International Balloon Fiesta is organised by Flying Media Co., Ltd.

FMCL provides world class commercial Hot Air Balloon flying services approved by the Department of Civil Aviation with Thai and foreign pilots and is a member of Sport Flying Association (Thailand) and Asian Federation of Aviation.

FMCL provides pilot training courses approved by the Thailand Department of Civil Aviation. Open to everybody who has an interest in ballooning, its first group of students will graduate in 2009.
